We process the data you provide through our forms and contact channels (name, surname, email, phone and the content of your message), as well as browsing data collected through cookies and similar technologies. We do not process special categories of data.

3. Purposes and legal basis

·Responding to your requests for information and contact. Basis: your consent and/or pre-contractual measures.
·Managing our commercial relationship with clients and suppliers. Basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
·Sending communications about the group (if you subscribe). Basis: your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
·Analysing website usage through cookies. Basis: your consent (see our Cookies policy).

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. The data of those who simply contact us is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. It may be accessed by service providers (hosting, email, management tools) acting as data processors under contract. As the group has offices outside the EEA (the United States and Mexico), any international transfers would be carried out with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hello@ecofincloud.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
